Direct answer: Record route duty, downtime, energy or fuel use, driver feedback and service exceptions against the exact vehicle version before a larger taxi order.

Define a route-day before selecting the car
Choose a representative shift, including passenger load, air-conditioning, traffic and return-to-base time. Record the exact vehicle version and driver assignment. A brochure specification is a starting point, not the operating result for a destination city.
Use one daily record
For each pilot day, log distance, operating hours, fuel or energy added, time unavailable for service, and the reason for every interruption. Record start and end readings consistently. A simple utilization calculation is hours available for paid service divided by scheduled hours. For illustration only, 9 available hours in a 10-hour shift is 90%; this is not a Tormays result or a recommended threshold.
Separate vehicle faults from operating constraints
Keep maintenance, charging or fueling access, driver scheduling and route disruption as separate exception categories. An unavailable charger and a vehicle fault may create the same downtime but require different remedies. Attach date, vehicle identifier and responsible person to each exception.
Agree the buying gate
Before scaling, compare the pilot record with the fleet operator’s own minimum route coverage, acceptable downtime and service capacity. Ask the local service team to validate parts and diagnostic readiness for the exact version. If the evidence is incomplete, extend the pilot rather than extrapolating a single good day.
Evidence and responsibility
The two photographs below are vehicle references, not proof of a taxi operation or completed Tormays fleet project. Tormays can help coordinate vehicle-version and export-side information. The operator must collect local duty-cycle results and confirm registration, safety and commercial terms in the destination market.
